I have installed OD base & OD Admin in c: -Install fine.
Next i try to install OD receiver in

the same PC , it shows "Upgrading from open deploy base to open deploy receiver is not allowed" error message.

OD Base works as both sender and a receiver. You have to install OD Receivers only on the potential Target Nodes
