They are not the same.
Go through the manuals/PDFs/books and I hope you will get to know about all these including the no. of default content stores, How many content stores you can have based on your licenses/agreement and what you need to do to have additional stores and so on.
These are basic things and I hope you will enjoy reading about it.

Thanks.

They are essentially the same (you forgot the other term "archive")

iw-store is the default location of the backing store.
The 'default' store (usually located in iw-store/default - is a content store.
The 'workflow' store (usually located in iw-store/workflow - is not a content store.
The 'iwadmin' store (... iw-store/iwadmin) is a content store of sorts, but it is not counted as one when determining license fees, etc. as it is provided as part of the product.

The terms do get used somewhat interchangeably.

Now - did you actually have a question behind this - or did I just do your homework for you so you could answer an interview question and make it sound like you know what you're talking about?

I know some basics of teamsite. I am not as expert as you.

So to make confirmation I asked this query.

Thanks for reply.
