Internal Server Error

Hi ,

I am getting Internal Server Error in TS 7.1 as I try to access through UI .
I have already resarted the server.Please find the attached log files.

"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, you@yourdomain.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

The first would seem (obviously) to be a permissions problem which would seem to bring to question:

question is not "root" - you should probably wipe the box and start over with a fresh installation.The second issue would appear to have something to do with a database (event subsystem?) and/or its associated library files - perhaps the usage of a no-longer-supported version of Oracle?
