CSAuthorizationException - not authorized

Hi,

We are getting below exception while running the workflow.

"CSAuthorizationException - if the user is not authorized to perform this operation."

Can any one please let us know, what type of access previliage needs to be provided either in terms of TS Group/role access or unix group level access to user ?

TS Version : 6.7.2

With respect to Teamsite , we have taken care of all the permission issues. Is it mandatory that the user creating a new worflow using CCSDK require 'administrator' permission of server. If not required, then how to manage permissions for executing CSSDK commands.

Is this the same issue? If so, the original post was far from clear.
I've never initiated a workflow through CSSDK, so I cannot comment on that. My workflows tend to be initiated through Submit actions in the UI.
If you're working through CSSDK you need to have the authentication piece figured out - and it is certainly possible that you may need administrative rights - but you might not. Hopefully someone else here can help in that regard, but I suggest (if this is, in fact, the same issue) that you post a lot more details about the environment and overall architecture of the issue.

To initiate a workflow using CSSDK, administrator permission is not required to an user. The role and permission is applicable same for CSSDK also.
You have to check, how you are getting TeamSite client and through which user. Is this user has permission on that area for which workflow is being initiated?
You may check "Job Specification File" for details of workflow tasks/vpaths/owners. You can try to initiate same workflow using TS UI with same user. If it is working fine then it should work using CSSDK also.
