LSCS Comand Line Deployment

I am performing the post installation task for LSCS and performing the deployment to the Preview instance of LSCS as follows:

The deployment is failing and I am getting the following errors:

java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 500 for URL: http://localhost:8080/lscs/v1/import/

This line means that the LSCS webapp failed somehow. You'll find a better explanation of the problem, and likely a stack trace, in the lscs.log of your target.

com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Invalid object name 'hi_value'.

Did LSCS deployments ever work for you? I'm thinking there was a problem creating the schema during install (check your install log). If memory serves, you're supposed to have a table named HI_VALUE in the LSCS database -- make sure it's there.

Here is what we had to do:

Get the list of projects.

2. If you are deploying one or part of a site
you may want to delete all the contents with following:

make sure you replace all YOUR stuff above

3. After curl completes, go to app admin console and restart the deployment runtimes.

4. Go back to the debugpanel and check the server status. It must be UP and NOT suspended.

5. Then go back and deploy. Smiley Happy

Rick was correct. I was missing the Table Hi_vlaue. Once I created that the deployment was successful and I am able to view the project using the following url:
http://192.168.239.17:8080/lscs/v1/projects
and get the following output:

If you were missing that table, you may be missing others and/or have other installation problems. That said, you should clarify what you mean by "not working", as the solution could be as simple as your servlet container service isn't running.
