Strange thing is that all the TS services are up and running,we tried a server reboot but it given the following message

"Unable to establish connection with server "

running iwreset gives the error code:5000013

Any guidance from experts on where the things could be going wrong?

Regards,
Mav

Just thinking out loud...

Are you short on disk space? As controlled by these in iw.cfg:

disklow_mbytes=50 # freeze server if disk space falls below this number (in MB)
disklowpercent=10 # freeze server if disk space falls below this pct

curiousmaverick

see what output you get from iwstat.

Search the forums for your event code.

One other person found that their SSL certificate was wrong or corrupted.

Just a hunch, but is your Eventsubsystem running?

Do you have a LOCKFILE and LOCKINFO file anywhere in your iwhome directory. If so, delete it and try restarting.

Hi,

The event subsystem was down,we started it and run iwreset ,Y drive came up again but i have noticed a very strange thing now ,the core teamsite service "Interwoven Teamsite" is not running and when i try to start it manually,it gives a windows message:-

"windows couldnt start I/W teamsite service,if this a non microsoft service ,please contact the service vendor and refer to specific error code-207225296"

and Content Centre is actually running ,?

Any guidance frome experts regarding it as in shouldnt the Content Center be down if the Core service is not running?

Mav

OK, you need to be on the phone with support.

That being said, you can try to debug a bit.

Try making a new store and mounting it instead of the current store.

Which logs did you post ? iwserver and iwtrace would be the most useful

Finally, is the PDC available ? I have seen issues with TS starting up when the PDC is not available. You can also make it faster by limiting the PDC's it queries (in the iw.cfg)
