Cssdk Account Locked Issue

We have a CSSDK program that is attempting to connect using an account, the account is not locked at the OS level or at the Teamsite Interface level, yet when the connection is attempted via the CSSDK we are getting the following Error:

Code: 2438
The account was locked out

I don't understand why the CSSDK would say the account is locked when it is able to log into Teamsite via the web interface.

What do we need to do to reset this for the CSSDK?

Anyone know?

Please check your "serviceBaseURL" properties value in property file. is this refreing correct TeamSite?
