TS 7.2.1 install failed

Install on TeamSite production system (no sitepublisher and livesite) did not complete successfully. A reinstall also results in similar error in logs.
The iweventproxy.log throws this:

Seeing the following result on iwutild

$iwhome/local/logs folder contents attached.

I am curious because we did not experience a similar issue on our dev. box.

Look in your iwserver.log file.

/opt/interwoven/iw-home/TeamSite/iw-webd/bin/iw.webd: Permission denied at /opt/interwoven/iw-home/TeamSite/iw-webd/bin/iwwebd_conf.ipl line 203.

Do you have a permissions issue? It looks like /opt/interwoven/iw-home/TeamSite/iw-webd/bin/iw.webd needs read access. Try changing the permissions first or at least comparing the permissions between your dev and prod boxes to find the differences. You probably need to apply more open permisisons to most of your iwhome location or run under a different user account.
