Custom property for LSCS Client

Is there a way to send custom properties when creating the LSCS Client, e.g. SMSESSIONID? Our LSCS server is protected by Siteminder which challenges REST queries. Our plan is to send Siteminder cookie in the Java external to the LSCS client which will authenticate and pass the queries to LSCS server on Success. is there any way to do that?

Nope...

why not just do a java.net.urlConnection()

You can then run queries and pass params to the http client...

would that work?

you mean REST queries instead of the LSCS client? The query performance is better with client.
