Script to automatically submit files isn't working right

I'm working on a script that will scan a directory and compare the modified date to today's date. If there's a match, the modified file will get submitted to stage. Also a filelist of all the modified files will get generated and then all the files will get deployed to our production environment.

When I run the script, every other file gets submitted but all the files get deployed correctly. I'm stumped on why the script isn't deploying all the files to IW stage. Thanks for any insight.

look at the comment of the file that did get submitted, I suspect your submit comment is blank and it used the next file as the comment.
