TeamSite 6.7.2 will not start after upgrade..

We have finally pulled the trigger on our production environment to make the upgrade from 6.5 to 6.7.2. We had done our rehersal on our DEV box and there were a few hurddles and tickets with support but we finally got it working. Today we started the PROD upgrade, first a 6.5 sp3 patch, then OD upgrade, and then the 6.7.2 install. The install said compleated sucessfully. First order was to create the iwts local user. Then to chmod the store to be owned by iwts. After that I attempted to start Team Site and got an error which I cannot figure out.

We are at a loss as to why this error is popping up. I'm trying to compare the DEV directories and PROD but can't see anything that jumps out.

Support isn't much help right now. I opened a ticket, but the turnaround on these tickets is rediculous. Even more so with this being a critical, production issue! We have a very small window to get this upgrade compleated, so we are in a dire strait. Does anyone recognize this error? Any ideas? Thanks.
