WFM Error - CSAuthorizationException
stya
Hi ,
I am receiving following exeception after filling required values in custom_Instantiation screen.
========
Root cause:
com.interwoven.cssdk.access.CSAuthorizationException: (Operation not permitted)
========
There is not much information found in servletd_out log and iwjob errors log.
Any clue where can we find more information about this...any other log file.
Workflow is made thru WFM.
Thanks,
stya

Do you get the errors without the custom instantiation form existing? If not, you did something wrong in your custom instantiation form. Should be fairly easy to start commenting things out till the errors go away.

And if narrowing it down doesn't work, provide the full stack trace of the exception. It might provide clues to us, even if it doesn't mean much to you.

From what I have seen, this error is usually related to trying to add someone to a task in your workflow who is not a TeamSite user and/or does not have access to the workarea you are trying to instantiate the workflow in.
Turn on debug mode, find all of the users who own tasks and are in a group task sharedby and make sure every single one of them has access to the workarea where you are instantiating the workflow.

More specifically, I've seen this error when a user or group in the workflow doesn't have a role assigned to them in the workarea.
