Migrate TS 6.5 SP2 and MB 4.5.2 on win 2003

Hi Guys,

We have a requirement for migrating the MB 4.5.2 and TS 6.5 SP2 on win 2003 from win 2000. Since the clients AMC has expired I'm here.I've below queries regarding the migration. It would be great if you can help me on the same.

1. Is TS 6.5 and MB 4.5.2 (build 14) supported by win 2003 (virtual machine)? (My gut feeling says that TS probably isn't supported and in MB I might face issues and yes, I'm well aware of the performance issues on VM. However, the client wants it.).

2. What could be the other possible area wherein the system might get affected?
