TS 7.2.1 Apache returns Request Header Field exceeds server limit

Hello,

we are installing TS 7.2.1 on a 2008 Windows server - 64 bit. While the tspostreboot.pl doesn't install the IIS preview server (some error while calling addWebDir - Support couldn't help so far), I was able to manually create the iw-mount in IIS 7. Seems to work, port 81 is responding perfectly...

However calling the previews through TeamSite, the apache now returns a

Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
Authorization: Negotiate and then a really long encoded string.

I believe I understand the nature of this problem, but not the cause. I am also puzzled that no one encountered this issue before (search for LimitRequestFieldSize).
has anybody an idea what is going wrong here?

It seems this was somehow related to the anonymous user on IIS not yet being configured. We reset the TSIMPs password and set it within IIS 7's authentication page and voila.
