Are all the services of Teamsite running?

Which OS you are using?

Is this a brand new installation / upgrade?
If so - did you try running the installer again to make sure that the Admin UI was installed (in early releases of 7.x you had to go through the installation process 2 or 3 times to get it properly installed)

If you're sure the Admin UI is installed, then, it may sound silly, but try rebooting the server (and thus restarting all the services) and see if that resolves the problem.

We are using Red hat enterprise version 5.3.
It is a new installation.
The version is 7.2.1

Run the installer again and make certain it lists the Admin UI as an installed item

Check your server.log for the full stack trace, right after this happens. Post that here. (ApplicationContainer/server/default/log).
