CCpro errror after 6.7.2 upgrade

After just compleating our upgrade of TS from 6.5 to 6.7.2 sp2 we thought all was good. We also did a restore of the store from tape. Brought up TS and all seems good. Store looks active, workflows are writing to it and I'm getting no obvious issues. That is untill you navigate in CCpro to the "workflow" tab and then click on the "jobs" tab. You are immediatly given a 500 error. We have re-built the UI with the make_toolkit command and have stopped and started TS several times. This is the error seen in the "jobs" window:

I'm at a loss on this one. We have opend a ticket with support, but their 3-5 day turn-around is not acceptable when this is a production issue. But that's a whole other thread.

Does this imply that you didn't first do the upgrade on a development server before doing it in production?

Can you try by using the direct url http://ts_server_name/iw-cc/command/iw.ccpro.workflow and see the result.
Check the workflow_custom.xml file and other *_custom.xml files under your customer_src/etc/conf/customer directory for any unusual code.

I can't tell much from that error, did you check the logs? iwutild_cmdout.log, iwui/servlet_out.log....
sometimes when you rebuild teamsite the changes won't show up, so you might have to delete iw-home/servletd/work/Catalina, iw-home/httpd/webapps/content_center or both and restart teamsite, run maketool_kit or both...

So then what's the difference between your Dev and Prod environments. That could give you a clue where to look.
