preview error

Hi,

When I try to preview a page from the dcr I am getting the following error
//server/default/main/jetti/WORKAREA/shared/zz_tst_1_1262016887263_preview.html could not be found.

Can anyone please help?why i am i getting this error.

You are getting the error because the file is not there.

Now why it is not there is what you were hired to figure out.

Can u please explain why i am getting these errors.When i try to generate the file..It is not writing the logs too...

The errors in the log file are not related to your error. I guess, you need to look into the appropriate error. Have you done preview setting in templating.cfg file? Do you have preview directory setup in your workarea. Can you preview any other file such as html or txt or properties?

Do you have issue with this particular DCR or with all?

I could preview the html files from Teamsite GUI.
1.Yes I have set the preview directory in templating.cfg
2.This is not the problem with one DCR.Its the problem with all DCRs in all branches.
