TS upgrade from 6.7.1 to 7.2

we are planing to upgrade from 6.7.1 to 7.2.

Any articles/documentations mentioning the process would be helpful.

Direct upgradation from 6.7.1 to 7.2 is not possible IMO.

We just upgraded from 6.5 to 7.2. We also jumped from Windows 2003 server to windows 2008 R2 server. It took many months we expected a few weeks.

If you are also upgrading or starting to use LiveSite, count on another few months.
