Are you talking about the WFM tools or workflow in the teamsite ?

In the menu go to View --> Properties. It will show your property pane.
I think you have not worked with any editor or IDE.

Really? This is your conclusion based on the OP? They said the pane is not being filled in - that implies there is a pane on the screen already. Way to be helpful.

Clearly the part about "property pane in WFM" :-)

As for the original post - I've seen some issues with WFM that can potentially be explained by network latency. Is this an already saved WFM or one that you've edited and not yet saved?

If it's the latter, you may be scrod - but try doing a Save As (to a different name), close the windows, close the WFM application, restart the WFM application and re-load the WFM file and see if the issue continues.
