Display Metadata in LS Component

Hi guys,
does anyone know if it's possible to display a DCR file's metadata in a LiveSite component? If it is, what is the Xpath to this data?
For example, I have a file called /templatedata/LiveSite/myfiles/data/somedcr.xml that simply contains some formatted text, but is tagged with
TeamSite/Metadata/Territory: NSW
and I'd like to dsiplay this metadata in my component.
I've tried something like "metadata/field[@name='Territory']" but it doesn't produce anything. Any tips welcome!

Actually I Solved this.
For anyone else wanting to do this, try something along the lines of
xsl:value-of select="metadata/field[@name='TeamSite/Metadata/customtaggedfieldname']"
and include
disable-output-escaping="yes"/
for larger formatted fields.

does this also work in the runtime (LiveSite), or only in authoring side (SitePublisher)

I'm wondering how your extended attribute would magically end up in the runtime? Smiley Wink

Which version of LS are you on? If you are on 7.x and using LSCS as well then you can retrieve it pretty easily.

I'm using 7.1 and I assumed that the Runtime (or LiveSite Display Services as it's now called) was there precisely so that I could make use of such information as these extended attributes, as well as cool LS functionality, such as setDefaultContent and In-Context-Editing.
I am kinda new to TeamSite, so am grateful to hear about any ins-and-outs of this, any limitaitons or gotchas, and how to go about retrieving this info.
So, vpatel, how is this different in the Runtime?

Are you familiar with LSCS? You can use LSCS to retrieve the EAs (Extended Attributes) in Runtime or you can write your own custom mechanism to do so.
