DTD for fixed layouts?

The documentation (TeamSite SitePublisher Developer Guide chapter 10) leaves out any details on rules for the layout files.
Does anyone know where the .dtd file is for the layouts or maybe some helpful documentation?

It's in the most logical format for technical documentation: Powerpoint. Webcasts section, look for Fixed Area Layouts:

That presentation appears to be old and does not talk about nested/complex layouts.
Anyone else have an idea?
