onItemChange Event not triggering

Hello All

i am trying to populate a date in a text filed using a callout(calender.ipl), the date is getting populated, after that i am triggering an onItemChange event on that text filed, but the event is not getting triggered.

However when i manually entered the date in that text filed, onItemChange event is getting triggered. it seems strange to me...

any response will be greatly appreciated.

what version of TS? platform?
i run into situations where onItemChange event wouldnt trigger when auto populating a field. it will be hard to help you without seeing it and without enough debugging info.
you can try using different calendar tool and see if you run into the same issue, try this

By design, onItemChange Event is not fired upon programmatic Item Value changes (btw, this is a feature
of many Event Driven GUI systems like VB and such, not only TS FormAPI). Normally in the case like that
you should call Event Handler yourself
