DCR creation using CSSDK

Hi,
As we save a DCT using New Form Entry using DCT, and a new DCR gets created inside data folder. Can we do the same using CSSDK API? I mean can we open the form using CSSDK API and then save a new DCR?

I don't believe CSSDK provides any API for FormsPublisher - so I believe the answer is "no".
