Opendeploy server is not starting up

Hi all,

I am using Opendeploy server version 7.1
The gui of opendeploy is down.When i am restarting the server, I am getting the below error..

Figure out what's using port 9173 and whether you can move that to another port, or figure out where to change the port that OD is attempting to use to something other than 9173 (I think it's in the deploy.cfg file, but it might be in odbase.xml or somewhere else)
