associating generated content with DCT

I have imported .aspx files into my workarea and need to know the process of making association such as:

PrimaryDCR:
PrimaryPT:
PrimaryDocumentType:

Currently since the imported .aspx files were imported from one environment(Dev1) to another environment(Dev2) The associations do not exist. Any ideas?
