Preview button not working

Hi all

For some reason the preview button inside the dcr is not working properly.

Whenver clicked it just displays the message "Generating preview... Please wait" and wont do anything. Nor does it is displaying any error message as well.

I already cleared the web cache of the system, think that might be an issue...but to no veil...

I am not sure why is this thing happening.

Any help will be highly appreciated!

can be a number of issues.

First check to see if anything will preview (foo.html)

Second, log on the server and see the temp files (zz_tst_username....html) have been created

Depending on those results, you will need to dig more.
