In the page-editor there is a button/menu option "Publish..." (see screenshot) that allows you to publish the page you're currently editing. Only the problem is that this button is disabled when you start editing the page.
Even if you edit the page, press Save it's still disabled. The only way to get access to the button is to save and close the page and open it again (or press F5). Which is rather pointless since it's easier/faster to just do it the old-fashioned way (check the file(s) in the filelist and press Submit).
So how do you enable the "Publish.." button in the editor?
