Preview issue with images in teamsite 7.2.1

Hello,

Facing issues while previewing Images in teamsite 7.2.1

Any image file resides on Teamsite not able to preview. When I click on the image, its not displaying, only cross sign comes up.

However txt or html file in the same area is displayed properly.

Can anybody help on the issue!

What are you using as your customer web server?
What iwproxy settings do you have in your iw.cfg file?

So you're saying you have no iwproxy_* settings at all?

Also check what your smart context editor settings are in the iw.cfg

You didn't indicate what your using for your "customer web server" and whether you've made sure that it's configured for all MIME types.

Try commenting out the iwproxy_preconnect_remap settings, restarting iwproxy (either by itself or via

iwreset -ui

) and see if that resolves the issue with the images ... though it may break something else.

If commenting them all out fixes the image issue, then you can try doing them one-by-one to see which one breaks the image issue and concentrate on fixing it so that it doesn't do that but still does what you want it to do.
