Virage MB Web Client Installation Problem

Managed to install Virage MediaBin 7.2.1 on Windows XP SP3.
Everything working fine with the regular clients but I am having problems installing the Web Client or and the Web Services.
I get the same error on both. The MBUtils.dll fails to register.

Anyone else experiencing this issue or have a suggested solution?
