Permission denied Error: "Unexpected error listing contents of <<WORKAREA>>"

Hi all,
I'm using TS 7.2.1 on Windows Server 2003 EE SP2.
Author and/or Editor users are unable to access the workarea shared with their TS group.
They encountered error "Unexpected error listing contents of WORKAREA"
Please advise why is users from the sharing group unable to list the content of their workarea.

Well, If I were you, I would click on "Configuration" for that branch and see if the group is included there. Assuming that there is only one Workarea in the Branch/Sub-Branch, the group on the parent should have been inherited to the workarea.
Couple of things i would check
1. If the users are included in the group mentioned.
2. As a test i would add the user to the branch from the Configuration and see if he can access the Workarea (Just as a test) if he can access then something is wrong with the Group, I would try adding these users to a different group and then add that group.

I remember seeing something similar, if you had posted a screen shot, I could confirm. This problem usually goes away by refreshing the page or opening in new browser. For us, few times it went away by restarting the services but this problem used to resurface rarely. I would suggest you should check with Support on this.
