hibernate mapping file not found

I got the following error in servletd_out.log


Caused by: org.hibernate.MappingException: Unknown entity: test.comments.livesite.model.Comment
...

My model class is


package test.comments.livesite.model;
...
public class Comment extends AbstractModel {
}

and I have the mapping file is called model.Comment.hbm.xml

base on the doc, the custom mapping file will be

Model-sub-package.ClassName.hbm.xml

does model.Comment.hbm.xml is correct file name ?
I try the full package name which is not working too.
test.comments.livesite.model.Comment.hbm.xml

any idea?
