Livesite Runtime 2.2.1 installation-Get Framework variables failed

I am getting the error "Get Framework variables failed" when I install Livesite 2.2.1.

Its showing

IW_TSHOME is []
IW_MPF is[]
IW_INSTALL_MODE is []

A mandatory module livesite failed to complete IW_INSTALL_MODE_PREINSTALL_phase

Please find the install logs below.Can anyone help on this

I have installed JDK,Open Deploy Receiver and Tomcat in the server prior to Livesite runtime installation.
