Odd Error installing TS 7.1 or 7.2

We are doing a clean install of 7.2 (have tried 7.1 with the same results) and are receiving an error on the screen after "Install new components"

The error is:

P must be a file

Due to search restrictions here on the forums, I'm not sure if this is a known problem or not. Any suggestions?
