Can a javascript framework be added to capture templates?

Was curious if it's possible to add a javascript framework, such as jscript, dojo or prototype, into the capture templates? If so, where do you put the JS files within teamsite? Thanks.

I don't know if the specific implementation you have in mind will work, but I'd put the files somewhere under IWHOME/httpd/iw/ (probably in a subdir) and then you should be able to reference them as "/iw/..."

as i understand, dojo and prototype are java script frameworks. JScript and JavaScript are similar but different languages.
Form API is based on java script essentially so i think, you can make us of form api handlers to internally call custom code written on dojo or prototype. worth a try definitely.
You may place your code inside a folder in httpd. Usually the iw folder (or subfolders under it) is used.

People still use prototype or dojo? I thought the world was moving to jQuery.... That's all we use.
