Can you post your OD/TS version, OD config and OS details?
When you say 'sometimes' is that random? Is it occuring for a set of files you are trying to deploy?

You may want to take take a look at this old KB Article. OD bug described there has been supposedly fixed. Still, the use of "targetFollowLinks" flag has been discouraged by OD.

Is this a source, or a target path specification?

If it's a target path, you need to make sure that the absolute path (/www/gmgwh/...) is an allowed directory for receiving deployments - and that the deployment process owner (root? or non-root?) has access to write within that area.

If it's a source area, verify that the deployment process owner has read access within that area.

find the details below:

OD version is : 7.2, OS: RHEL 4.0, TeamSite Version : 7.2.

Earlier we were able to deploy without any errors, only for 2 deployments we got this error while deploying to the target location.
