Workflow - Attaching html file in the email

Hi There,

I have a task in the workflow that generates html file and attaches to the job.

I have a requirement to attach the generated html to the email. I mean physically attaching the file not as having a link to the file.

The email is for stakeholders who do not have TeamSite access.

Any clue?

There are various ways to do it, you just pick a Mail Client that you like.
For example, in Perl you can use MIME::Lite, it comes right with TS. Run perldoc against it to see API Details.
Basically, you build a mail Message with it. Like this (you'd have to work out details, error processing, logging and the like)

Sorry for the delayed response, its been a while I logged into the forums. It will be nice if there is a mechanism if there is a reply in my subscribed post, I should get an email. Note sure if this is already there as I have not yet explored the forum options.

Well for your questions, I had the following script in iw_solution_email.ipl under 'Send_Email' subroutine. The script is more specific to the business requirement, hope it helps!
