Wiered error with VFE

Hi Guys

one of the user in our office is facing a wiered error while using VFE on IE.
Whenever she clicks (in any dcr in edit mode) to see view sourse in vfe...the system just gets hangged for couple of minutes and then displays a message (Please see the attachement below, sorry because of the size restrictions the image is very small...hope the message is visible). This waiting/ hanging time could be anywhere in between 2 minutes to 10 minutes....

I did couple of tests and checked that the vfe is installed correctly and the ActiveX controls are working fine....

The system details are as follows:
Teamsite version 6.7.2
IE version: IE8
Teamsite server: Solaris
Local machine: Windows 7 professional

Any help or suggestions on how to fix this problem is appreciated!

No, this issue is not happening for other users.

•Does this happen for the same user on a different client machine?
No, on any other machine, the user is able to work fine....the team has just got new laptops with the configuration (which I had sent in previous post).

•You say you verified that VFE is installed properly - did you uninstall and reinstall it?
Yes, I did uninstall and reinstalled the vfe....still its the same issue.

My first question is whether the problem occurred for other users on the same client machine, you said it wasn't happing for other users - were the other users logged into the same client machine?

There are actually three parts to the above:

•User with problem is logged into client machine (OS-level) and another user logs into TeamSite - does the problem occur?

Answer: yes, in this case the problem still persists

•Another user logs into the client machine (OS-level) and then logs into TeamSite - does the problem occur?

Answer: yes, in this case the problem still persists

•Another user logs into the client machine (OS-level) and the user with the original problem then logs into TeamSite - does the problem occur?

Answer: yes, in this case the problem still persists

Even, I am also not sure...could this be a problem with the machine....it could be a long shot...or I could be totally wrong....since I cannot see anything else wiered happening on the same machine....

It definitely sounds like the problem is localized to the client machine in question.

•What OS is running on the client machine in question?
Answer: Windows 7 professional

•What OS is running on the other client machine where the problem does NOT occur?
Answer: Tested on two different machines:
1) Machine with Windows 7 Professional
2) Machine with Windows XP

•Is the OS set for a different locale perhaps?
Not able to understand the question....

•Do you have different versions of the JVM / JRE for the browsers?
Answers: No, all are on same versions
