Adminstration link error

Hi All,

Thanks in advance. We had installed TS 7.2.1 a on Windows 2008 64 bit VM server and when we click on the 'Adminstration' link, we get the error


Could not contact Administration server. Please confirm with your system administrator that it is installed, and that the service is available according to  its logs.

No errors on the iwinstall\logs\installer logs and the iwinstall\private\config\Inventory xml reports that the Admin console as installed.

Any pointer to fix this issue is appreciated.

Upon running the installer again, the error was fixed. Thanks for the participation.

Do you also have OpenDeploy Admin install? Installing TS Admin breaks the OD Admin. The fix was to copy the passphrase file from the CSF directory into the TeamSite and OpenDeploy directories. Of course, Interwoven software takes a couple of times installing before it works. :-)
