data deploy:getting primary key from database

I have a table called rates with many columns. the primary key column name is tupleId whose value is autoincremented by 1. Am not referncing this column tupleId anywher in UI, so in my data deploy script am not able to assign it any value. but i need to mention it as primary key under keys tag. when i write like this its giving an error. can somebody suggest a solution to this?

Go for Callout Implementation in Datadeploy to generate unique key.
