PT compiling error

Hi,

When we are generating the file from CLT iwgen then we are able to get the output, but when we are doing it by Teamsite it is giving ptcompile error, also our user is administrator and also the teamsite master, I think it is some kind of permisiiion rights issue, Please suggest us ASAP.

OS - Windows server 2003 Enterprise edition SP 2
Yes the user has the privileges in the workarea at the file system level.
