Teamsite UI is not coming up.

Hi All,

I cannot access TeamSite from the browser. When I try to access from launching the browser, I am getting error "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”. Although I am able to connect opendeploy admin console.
All Teamsite service are up.
I could not found any relative error in Jboss and Teamsite logs.
Environment details are --

TS 7.2.1
OS -Windows 2008

Try deleting all the browser cookies and temp data.
Then restart the browser. then try to access again.

If that is not solving your problem, then instead of "http" use "https",
it might solve your problem. I also got the same issue. I tried and it worked.

Also - if you are still having the problem, please specify the exact URL you are using when attempting to connect to TeamSite.

Are you using as localhost or ip address wise.

Was it working previously?

If it is first time check with your network admin regarding teamsite server is not accessible from other machine.

Hi All,

I tried to delete the cookies but it did not help
I tried to login using both http and https but no success. I am trying to login on same machine where Teamsite server is installed using localhost or server name or IP address.
IWJboss server is up but when i am hitting servername:8080 its not responding.
Earlier it was working fine but suddenly went down on weekend.

Are all the services of teamsite working?

Check once by restarting your system.

Does the logs say anything?
If the service is up and UI is not opening with no error logs, then may be you are hitting an incorrect url.

Logs are not saying anything, all service are up. even its not coming up with localhost on same machine

Please post the exact url you are using as mentioned by Ghoti. Did you reboot your server?

Post the URL you start with but also post what happens after.

If you start with:

http://localhost/

it should change to something like

http://localhost/iw-cc/command/iw.ui

Also, what port did you assign the TS GUI to use ? It should be port 80, but you could have changed it during install. Check iw.cfg

Ajeet,
I strongly believe that it is a port issue as stated by Nipper and the Host Port has been changed to something other than port:80.
Try to check your iw.cfg and you can then try to hit the url like:
http://your server name:your port number or
http://localhost:your port number if you are in the server box.

Restart the UI services with iwreset -ui command.

Did you get this resolved?
Try doing an iwreset -a and clear the cache and retry the URL.
