Livesite 2.2.1 Runtime Error-not enough disk space to install

When I install Livesite Runtime 2.2.1 I am getting the below error

You do not have enough disk space to install this product.
Space Available:0MB
Space Required:31 MB

There is 48 GB free space in the drive and I am not sure of why I am getting this error.

Can anyone help on this

The question you should be asking is why am I installing a program from 2005 that is years past its EOL ?

You do not provide any details, but I would expect you are installing on an unsupported platform. In fact, you must be because everything is now unsupported fro LS 2.2.1

If you are not using Windows 2003 or Solaris 8/9 (those were likely the supported platforms when LS 2.2.1 came out) that is likely the issue.
