File system properties in LSCS

Hi

We need some of the system properties(File Size,Owner,Group) of TeamSite file to be available in LSCS to query via metadata.


Please provide some pointers to achieve this programmatically.

In CSSDK I can see method to get Extended Attributes. What about system level attributes?

CSSDK provides methods to get all the information you are talking about (FIle Size, Owner, Group). Look at the CSSDK documentation.

For quering this data, You will have to save it in LSCS DB first. For saving, you will probably have to add this information as part of your extended attributes (there might be other solutions as well) and publish these extended attrbutes to LSCS. For adding this information as part of extended attributes, you dont neccesarily need CSSDK (although you could if you want to). You can simply add a task in your workflow which will extract and add these extended attributes (using CLTs or CSSDK) to your pages .
