How can i use the value of one datum as a radio button for another datum? Any suggestions?

Not sure what you describe is possible, or even makes sense, but it is possible to use a configurable Group of Datums (Data?) as options for radio buttons/form elements and then have a controller process the selections when the form is submitted.
This way, business users can set the form element labels/values by setting component properties, if they are exposed.
