To Customize "Add Asset Screen" of MediaBin

Hi,

I want to customize the Add Asset Screen page of MediaBin. As for now it shows Codepage as a drop-down, Index External as check-box and many other options.
I want to hide any of these items like "Codepage drop-down" as I don't want to show it to my customers. How can these items be hidden on Add Asset page.
