I am having an issue with the workflows that are provided with Visual
Annotate. I am running the VisualAnnotate_One_At_A_Time_Review workflow.
After I annotate the item and send it back to the content editor for
revisions, the content editor gets an email that says the following:
************************
Hello, Nick!
One or more reviewers has used VisualAnnotate to review your work.
If you want to install the VisualAnnotate toolbar, go to
http://teamsite.omcssi.com/iw/webdesk/ifatclient/install.jsp.
Files to Edit:
html/index.html
For recent reviews, visit:
http://teamsite.omcssi.com/iw/webdesk/review?taskid=1444&vpath=/default/main /decOfipi/WORKAREA/spna3/html/index.html&snapshot=first
Go to
http://teamsite.omcssi.com/iw/webdesk/VAnnotateTransition?iw_task_id=1444&we bdesk_transition=true when you have finished making changes.
******************************************
After the content editor views the annotated document and makes the
revisions, the content editor clicks on the link that says:
Go to
http://teamsite.omcssi.com/iw/webdesk/VAnnotateTransition?iw_task_id=1444&we bdesk_transition=true when you have finished making changes.
This link presents a Transition Task window (the 1st image in the attatched
screenshot document).
When the user adds a comment and clicks ok, the user recieves a javascript
pop up window that states "Error reading directive file: filename not set". The task is not transitioned.
What's interesting here is that the pop up window occurs from Teamsite
LaunchPad. I am using version 5.5.2.0 of TeamSite Launch pad (image #2 in
the attatched screen shot document shows the error.)
My question is: Why is this error occuring and how can it be
prevented/resolved? The user should be able to click ok and the task should transition. Thank you very much for your assistance.
Nick
