How to customize "Take" action

Hi,

I am using TeamSite 6.7.2, and the "Take" action of group task taking is really not so friendly.

Can anyone have an idea about how to customize it to a button or bold font with underline without affecting other objects?

Your question is vague, You wanted to customize "Take" for a Group task. You can Customize this in several places,

1. In your email which is sent out to the Group
2. In your Workflow Tab for that particular Task

You can refer Workflow guide for email customization and UICustomization guide , i guess for the 2nd one. Please check.

Feature Request TS-5011 to make "Take" Button user-friendly exists since at least 2008. You can ask
Autonomy about it's fate.

You can not modify it yourself in any supported manner. If your environment allows little hacks you
can perhaps fix it using "local" mapping and "make_toolkit" widget. In CCPro the JSP to hack is
"iwhome/httpd/webapps/content_center/ccpro/workflow/task_details.jsp"
