File conversion option in TeamSite

PayalGarg

Hi All,

This is related to file conversion functionality in TeamSite. A user asked me if TeamSite provides an option to convert files from html to PDF or vice versa. Page 80 of the user guide, i.e. ts_671sp1_CCpro_ug_v01_en mentions that Actions > Convert menu on Content tab should allow a user to convert files to PDF. But there is no such option available for me Smiley Sad

. Please suggest.

Environment: TS 6.7.2 SP1
Red Hat Linux 4

Thanks
Payal

Contetnt Transformation Services are optional (and as far as I recall, not free). Check TS Administration Guide for the Install and Usage information

Thanks!! Yes it does need content transformation services to be installed separately.
