Disable/Delete "Get Latest Mediabin Assets" in Actions menu

Hi,

I'm working on TeamSite 7.2.1 in linux platform

I want to disable/delete "Get Latest Mediabin Assets" menu-item in Actions menu in CCPro. Unable to find corresponding link id in ref_ccpro_ui_filesys.xml file

Can anyone help me on this

You can check the UI customization guide for the exact syntax and process to do it. It is "iwov-delete" or something similar, I do not recall now. It should be the file ui_custom.xml under the /local\config\lib\content_center\customer_src\etc\conf\customer

I did the same customization for another menu-item by using iwov-delete, that's now removed from CCPro GUI

The problem for "Get Latest Mediabin Assets" is unable to find the link id for this menu, using that only we could remove the menu-item from the GUI. Unable to find corresponding link-id from reference file.

you have to specify in the particular path...where u need to use iwov-delete and apply for section you refer to.

This is the ID for the link to that command:


id="iw.ccpro.action_menu.get_latest_mediabin_assets.link"

FYI.. you could have found that out yourself by inspecting the HTML of CCPro.. The same ids (or very close equivalents) usually get printed as the HTML id attribute of the menu item.

I know how to make it for menu items under action-list element but in 732 version same link "Get Latest Mediabin Assets" is available on ccpro under Content tab next to "Get Latest" link.

General UI links like this is not documented/updated with 732 changes in UI custom guide. I'm using the below format for ui_custom.xml. [html]

I also tried placing it under element which didn't worked.

I want to know if I'm not following the right format here.. any suggestions??
