CGI issues

Hello,

We are calling a CGI in our datacapture file. The CGI is not getting called, Infact the button is even not appearing the data record.The error am getting is "error.callcgi.servermessage".... Smiley Sad

FYI..The server is Teamsite 5.5.

you need to talk to whoever wrote it.

That is a customization, no one here will know what was done.

Also, if this is truly 5.5, then that has been end of life for 5 years. There are only a handful on this board that used 5.5 and few remember it

The thing is the code was running fine two days back and suddenly an issue comes though there hasn't been a code change.

Also , the button is not even coming on DCR. I just need to understand are there some files at the backend which is supporting this so that i can search the presence of those files.

If anyone has FormApi pdf for 5.5 that would be great.

If you want the PDF - contact Support.
If you want help with the code - try posting it (along with the DCT) -- and make sure it's either properly formatted for viewing inline, or that you post them as attachments.
